Zhejiang Jiede Pipeline Industry Co., Ltd. has been established in Jan., 2009, which locates in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. The registered capital is ten millions in RMB. The working area is 9600 square meters. There are more than 129 employees in co***ny including ten technicians. We focus on fabrication of stainless steel fittings such as tee, elbow, eccentric reducer, cap, stub end, flanges and etc. Our product have been sales in all China including Hongkong, Taiwan, Our products also export to USA, Canada , Germany, France, Middle Eastern Asia, etc. The co***ny has advanced production technical process and equipments to produce, inspect and test on fittings. The fittings can be fabricated and certified in according to EN, DIN, ASME and GB standards. The quality of fitting is first in our co***ny.
There are six departments and five workshops in co***ny include Sales department, Purchasing department, Production Technology department, Quality Control department. Affairs Office and Finance department. There are Physical and Chemical Testing center and Inspection section in our QC department. The responsibilities of all department have been clearly defined in co***ny. The management system is active and efficient in co***ny, and continuous to improve. There are five workshop have been established in according to fabrication process of fittings including Material Preparation Workshop, Forming workshop, Welding workshop, Heat treatment workshop, Machining workshop and Polishing & pickling Workshop. The production efficiency and product quality have been improved continuously on product.
The Quality Assurance System have been established and certified in according to ISO9001-2008 in July 2009 . Our produce has been evaluated and certified by TUV SUD in according to AD2000 W0 and PED97/23/EC Annex I Para 4.3 on March 2012.
